All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage items, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We provide detailed descriptions and high quality photos for each item. All items (unless specified otherwise) are pre-loved and/or vintage and may have minor signs of wear. Any obvious or major flaws will be listed in the description. Please enjoy and appreciate these items with their character.

PLEASE READ EACH ITEMS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Refunds will not be issued due to a failure to read a products description.

However, because these shoes have been worn and aged over time, they may require occasional care and attention. Common repairs for vintage shoes include minor fixes to heel tips, soles, or stitching. These are natural and expected signs of wear and are easily addressed by a professional cobbler. These kinds of repairs typically cost around £20-£25.
