Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows for the initiation of returns within a 7-day period from the date you receive your item.

To initiate a return contact our customer service team at info@thelabelroom.com within the specified return period. Please provide your order number and reason for return, our team will then provide a returns form which must be attached with your item.

The responsibility and cost of return postage lie with the buyer until the item safely reaches our facility. We strongly recommend utilising a tracked, insured and signed-for service to ensure the secure delivery of items, preventing potential loss during transit.

Returned products are expected to be in the same condition as dispatched—unworn, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, no refunds will be issued for products exhibiting the presence of perfume, makeup, body odors, or cigarette smoke. Additionally, any items found within the returned item or pockets will be considered evidence of use.

Items not meeting the outlined criteria in the return policy will be declined and returned to the sender. Please be aware that you may be responsible for covering the delivery cost of rejected items.


Processing Your Refund:


Upon receiving your returned item, if it meets our return criteria, we will promptly process your refund. The funds may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account, contingent on the payment method and your banking institution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy.

Refund Policy Disclaimer

Please be advised that for any returns of items, a refund processing fee of 1.5% will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the original amount paid to cover the costs associated with processing your refund.
