How do I Sell?
We take pride in being a luxury reseller specialising in 'almost new' items. As such all of our services are exclusively available for items in good, very good, immaculate or new condition. If you are interested in selling your luxury items with us please contact us info@thelabelroom.com or WhatsApp our buying team the below.


To ensure a smooth and seamless process please tell us if you wish to be considered for with an instant purchase or consignment sale.

- Brand & Model of the item
- Original Purchase Date & Price
- Materials & Hardware (Leather type, Canvas, Suede etc)
- Condition (Please use our condition guide page to assist you)
- Proof of Purchase / Authenticity (Receipt, Invoice, Authenticity Card)
- Additional items included (Original Box, Dust Bag, Authenticity Card)

Additionally we ask you to send high quality and clear images of your item. It is important to photograph any areas that display signs of wear and tear on the item. This step is crucial for an accurate valuation, as we rely on these visuals to assess the genuine condition of the item. Failure to provide an accurate representation may lead to adjustments in the valuation once we physically inspect the bag upon receipt.

If an item(s) does not pass our quality control or is found to be inauthentic an authentication fee of £40 will have to be paid for the return of your item. By accepting the offer and sending the item(s) to us, you accept these terms and conditions.

Customer FAQ's

Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?

Yes, all of our products are authenticated.  Most come with authenticity tags, cards and original paperwork. In addition, we work with authenticators for products which require further authenticating.

Why should I trust you?

We are an independent business with extensive experience in the fashion industry, our team have a keen eye for authenticity as well as our authenticators. We guarantee the genuineness of every product. As a brand we are trusted by our clients and collaborators, we’re happy to share genuine reviews and feedback with you.

How long will it take to sell my item?

We aim to sell your item within 30 days, however we always take in to account seasons, economy no other factors.

 

How do I receive payment?

If you sell via our Instant Purchase you will receive payment within 24 hours.

Any Consignment sales will be paid out after 10 days. This is to protect the buyer and seller, as it covers the returns period of 7 days and allows us to process the funds to you following that period. Payments will be made to you via a direct bank transfer.

What fees do you charge?

Our standard fee is 16.5% commission, however for items lower than our minimum threshold we may charge more. Please see the fee structure below.

Our fees include, marketing, professionally photographing, listing, insurance and shipping to the buyer.

Please note an administration charge will be applied to you if you would like us to return your item before our grace period of 12 weeks. This fee is £50 plus shipping.
