SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends, holidays, and any shop closures. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.
Please double-check that the address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays, returns, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are returned or undelivered because of address errors.
If you realise that you've made an error in your address after submitting your order, please contact us immediately. If your package has already been shipped, we will be unable to make changes to the address.
The Label Room is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your order is affected in this way, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance. They will be able to provide the necessary support for resolving these issues. To prevent fraud, we keep video records of ourselves packaging / dropping off each order.
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5 business days for delivery. Express is 1-2 days.
For international orders, standard shipping usually takes 15-25 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
